Please try on your shoes on a clean soft surface to prevent soiling of the suede soles. Soiled shoes cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Try both shoes on as one foot is normally a different length and shape than the other.

Unused shoes must be returned within 21 days with a copy of the packing slip and a letter stating the reason for return. Shoes that have been worn or soiled in any way, cannot be returned for a refund, credit or exchange.

Returns after 21 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the original ship date.

Returns for refund will be subject to a $6.00Cdn handling fee per pair.

Returns for exchange will be shipped free for the 1st exchange. Normal shipping charges will apply to any subsequent exchanges.

Our free shipping applies to 1st exchanges shipped within Canada & the US as a courtesy to our clients.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges on exchanges. For your own protection, please insure all returned goods. We cannot give credit for shoes lost in shipment.
